About our programs
New Paradigm Recovery has outpatient programs for addiction treatment and for mental healthcare. Our team members are among the most skilled and experienced behavioral healthcare professionals in the region.
The New Paradigm Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) treats substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This program provides at least nine hours of treatment per week, including group and individual therapy sessions. New Paradigm Recovery offers highly personalized services, addressing a broad range of behavioral health and lifestyle issues. Clients often receive more individualized care and coordinated services than in other programs. We also offer an addiction treatment Outpatient Program (OP) and aftercare.
The New Paradigm Recovery Mental Health Program is an outpatient service pairing clients with skilled, licensed clinicians. These professionals excel at assessing needs, building rapport, and addressing the root causes of mental health disorders. Outpatient treatment typically involves weekly individual meetings with a dedicated clinician, though some clients may need more frequent visits early in therapy. Our clinical team is experienced with complex mental health issues and tailors personalized, evidence-based therapy plans to treat clients effectively and comfortably.

Company Description
New Paradigm Recovery is a concierge-level care, SUD/AUD and Mental Health outpatient treatment center located in Vienna, VA. We take a multidisciplinary clinical approach to care in order to provide tailored, individualized treatment for our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Primary Therapist at New Paradigm Recovery, LLC in Vienna, VA. The therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy, developing and implementing treatment plans, and conducting intake assessments. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field.
- Licensure as Clinical Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, CSAC). Residents in counseling considered.
- Experience in SUD/AUD treatment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation
Pay range starts at $70,000 annually with 100% employer paid health/dental/vision/life insurance benefits for full-time employees.
